All IITs do not have same value for MBA and in fact none IITs have better value except:
1. Shailesh J Mehta School of Management IIT Bombay
2. The Department of Management Studies IIT Delhi
3. Department of Management Studies IIT Madras
The job you are getting here as good as from JBIMS, NMIMS and S P

You can choose any one because both the options are good for B.Tech, and I don't think any IIT is not good.

Stick to NCERT books which is more than enough. But for reference you can consider Full Marks books, R.D. Sharma's Maths books, Pradeep’s Physics and Dinesh Self Master in Chemistry.

According to your statement if you are fail in maths subject then you will not be getting the admission in IITs or any other college.

Bioinformatics is becoming very popular nowadays and active research is being undertaken by many institutes. I would suggest that you sit down and do some research on Bioinformatics and information security. See which field suits you better.

You just qualified advance then it quite tough to get IITs but if you scored 75% in boards and your JEE Mains marks are good then you get NITs.
