Cut off varies every year. Try to attain as much marks as you can. This year onwards there will be no role of board's percentage in deciding the rank. The only option you have is to work hard.

IIMs will be difficult, you may get a call from the newest IIMs. You will get a call from IITs. NITIE will be difficult as their cutoffs are above 97 percentile.

The JEE Mains cut off for general category is 100. But, to get a seat in NITs, you need to get score above 220 marks. You also need to score 75% in your class 12th.

To get into IIT's you have to prepare for IIT JEE or IIT JAM entrance exams.
IIT JEE exam is to get admission in B.Tech and IIT JAM entrance test is to take admission in M.Sc. or PhD or dual degree courses.
