IITs or Indian Institute of Technology are world-wide recognised as premier institutions of India. The institutes are recognised for offering world-class education. IITs are very competitive and only 1 or 2 % of the total applicants make it to the institute. In 2024, more than 1.8 lakh (180,200 in total) students appeared for JEE Advanced and only 48,248 qualified it. By virtue of clearing one of the competitive exams in India, students get an opportunity to study and share ideas with like-minded people.
