No, IIT colleges do not permit admission on the basis of CUET exam. CUET exam is only acceptable to central and state universities for courses like BA, MA, BBA, BCA etc. Thus, there is no chance that you  can get into any IIT with CUET.

If we compared the placements of IIT and the UWC or University of Waterloo placements, then UWC offers better placement packages to thier graduates. IIT salary ranges from INR 17 L to INR 1 Cr for graduates while the University of Waterloo salary ranges from INR 45 L to INR 1.1 Cr anually. Therefore, its a better choice to study abroad at Waterloo.

If you meet the eligibility criteria for the JEE Advanced exam, there is no requirement for you to obtain 75 percent in 12th grade so that you can be accepted at IITs. Admission is solely dependent on how one has done in the entrance exam and not their class 12 grades as far as the JEE Advanced is concerned.

Obtaining All India Rank (AIR) 2735 in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced may never be a ticket to an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). The admission to IITs is dependent on several factors among them being the total number of seats available, the choice of course and the completion from other candidates who may have different ranks and from diverse categories.
