Yes IMU CET releases the mock tests on its official website. The mock tests are released so that candidates can properly prepare for the exa without any fuss.

No, the paper pattern of IMU CET is not similr to the JEE Main exam.

The difficulty level of the exam is of moderate level. Candidates who have studied properly during their 10 to 12, will be able to easily crack the exam.

Yes, there is negative marking in the exam. As per the minus marking, for every wrong question, 0.25 marks will be deducted from candidates.

For UG Courses, the IMU CET exam pattern is as follows -
Subject - English, General Aptitude, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (12th Grade / Plus 2 level/Intermediate/Equivalent level).
Medium of Exam - English
Total Questions – 200
Total Duration of exam – 3 hours
Negative marking - 0.25 marks for every wrong answer

Age criteria – For Btech, BSc, BBA and DNS
Minimum age: 17years
Maximum age:
For Male: General-25 years, OBC (NCL)-28 years, SC/ST-30 years
For Female: General-27 years, OBC (NCL)-30 years, SC/ST-32 years.
No age criteria for Mtech, MBA and M.Sc program
For the PG graduate Diploma course in Marine Engineering - Maximum age: Male : For General-28 years OBC (NCL)-31 years SC/ST-33 years. Female : For General-30 years OBC (NCL)-33 years SC/ST-35 years

For UG course - Anyone who is minimum 17 years of age and have obtained 10+2/equivalent PCM Average - Minimum 60% and minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th or 12th Examination).
For PG course – Anyone who have BSc / BTech degree in Mechanical, Civil, Naval can apply for various programme offered under PG courses.
