With 453 NEET scores, it is exceedingly difficult to find an institution that offers MBBS programs for students in the general category.Candidate must have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 45% in all subjects in class 12 exams administered by an accredited board.A marginal score of 480+ will enable you to surpass the State quota.

Yes, you can enroll in a veterinary programme if your EAMCET rank is 32000. A reputable college will admit you. Any score between 10,000 and 25,000 on the TS EAMCET exam is thought to be good, and students who fall within this range have a very strong chance of getting into the best universities.

You did not provide gender, state rank, domicile, etc., so it is difficult to predict with accuracy the college. According to me, you have a lower chance of getting into government colleges for MBBS programs. But you can try these government colleges. Maybe you will get admission.
