USC UG requirements:
- Complete Year X and Year XII state board or CBSE/ICSE exams.
- Competitive applicants typically achieve high marks, primarily A1 and A2 grades or scores above 80.

For admission to the one-year LLM or five-year LLB at NLU Assam, the CLAT test was conducted on Dec 3, 2023. Aspirants of NLU Assam were required to appear for the exam in offline pen-paper mode at the allotted test centres. Candidates could complete the CLAT registration 2024 until Nov 3, 2023 in online mode. The exam took place in more than 125 cities listed as CLAT 2024 test centres in 22 states and UTs.
