No, Meghalaya State NEET Counseling does not give reservation to other state students. According to the latest notification issued by the Meghalaya government regarding NEET counseling under the state quota, only indigenous residents and candidates with permanent resident certificates of the state were eligible to apply under the 85% state quota. Hello, First of all, State Quota depends on two factors, where did you do your schooling and secondly, in which state you want to take admission. Every state has its own different criteria to take admission.
1- Delhi domicile rules for NEET counseling:
To be eligible for the 85 Percent state quota seats in Delhi colleges for MBBS admission, students must have passed 10+2 from any school in Delhi NCR, schools are affiliated with CBSE boards, ICSE boards, or JMI.
2- Bihar domicile rule for NEET counseling. To be eligible for the 85 percent state quota seats in Bihar for MBBS courses. A) Students whose parents are residents of Bihar or refugees settled in Bihar. B) Students whose parents may belong to another state but they are employed with Bihar Government. C) Students whose parents were working with the Bihar Government, before the creation of Jharkhand, and whose services are transferable to either Bihar or the Jharkhand Government. D) Students whose parents are employed by the Central government, PSUs, and State undertakings, are posted in Bihar.
