First of all, Congratulations! You have scored very well in the NEET. With this score, you must attend the All India counseling which is conducted by the MCC. According to the new rules, any candidate who has qualified for the NEET UG entrance exam cutoff can participate in AI counseling. The only difference is in the selection stage, which is determined by a candidate's rank and the availability of the seat. Usually, students who score under 1000 rank and a score higher than 630 get the opportunity to pursue medical courses at the top colleges of their choice. Similarly, you may also opt for state counseling.

Firstly you have to satisfy minimum eligibility criteria that is 55%(45% for SC/ST) marks in BSc (qualifying degree) and minimum 50 % marks in exam.
Then cutoff will decide on basis of numbers of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.
