Unless you have a degree from Ivy league or Stanford kind of top 10 schools. Your M.S. or MBA is just equal to another M.Tech or M.Sc. From an average school or any university India. You can try but don't hope much. In India if you are work alcoholic I think than you would be valued but don't think of you are M.S. from abroad that's not sufficient.

You can consider following colleges:
Goa College of Pharmacy, Panaji, Rajaram and Tarabai Bandekar College of Pharmacy, Ponda, Goa Medical College, Panaji, PES College of Pharmacy Education & Research, Ponda, Are few pharmacy colleges in Goa.
