The AP EAMCET exam is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU Kakinada). Yes, you can get B.Tech admission without Andhra Pradesh EAMCET through management quota. You must have passed 10+2 with PCM subjects from a recognised board. But EAMCET rank helps in getting regular seats and fee benefits under convener quota.
