Getting a seat in college depends on factors like rank, reservation and competition. So, as your rank is 2.6 Lacs and SC category rank of 14052 in JEE Mains, it's highly having less chances of getting seat in a government college in Madhya Pradesh as your rank is too high in your category.

The top colleges in Punjab which offers the BVSc are GADVASU - Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana Punjab where fees would be around INR 90k per. And Veterinary Polytechnic, Kaljharani offers BVSc and fee would be INR 1 Lacs per year. Baba Hira Das Ji College of Veterinary Pharmacy, Sri Muktsar Sahib and fees is INR 1.89 Lac.

A 2-year Post Basic BSc Nursing program from India can be recognised and used for work and study abroad, however, it may require bridging programs or additional requirements in some countries.
