Firstly depend upon your category because category is more matter in seat allotment. If you belong from general category then you will not get any NITS.
You can apply for top private university like Amity university, Manipal university , PEC chandigarh , Jaypee institute of technology noida.

No, you will not get any type of NITS because you do not qualify jee mains cut off.
You can take admission in other private institute through this score.

Firstly depend upon your category and rank in jee mains. If you will get good rank then you can choose top NITS for b.tech and other top private university also take admission through JEE main rank.
