Rest, to become a level designer you must have a passion for game design. Also you must have passion for playing all kinds of games including card games, dice games, sports etc. The 3rd option is Game Design (it's different from Game Designer), where you design the game itself, i.e. what happens on each level, and how things go about as well as the base story of the game. There are no colleges in Delhi/NCR or even across India which are offering Part Time LLB. I may suggest you to reconsider your decision and pick full time law program.
Also if you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

After Diploma in Civil Engineering, you may join lateral B.Tech course in which you can directly enter into the second year. Degree course will open more opportunities for you.
