There are not many colleges offering Geomatics courses in India due to several reasons. The field of Geomatics is in its nascent stage. It is an interdisciplinary field encompassing concepts of Science and Humanities. This reduces the number of experts in the field contributing to lesser number of doctorates in Geomatics. This impacts the availability of faculty for Geomatic courses. However, in the years to come Geomatics may gain significance as a specialisation in Engineering courses. This can lead to an increase in the number of colleges offering the course.

The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) University, Tripura does not seem to have published any official cutoff marks for admission to its B.Tech programs. However, we can infer some general information:
