No, the Indian Foriegn Service is a Central Civil Service. It is organised and controlled by the Ministry of External Affairs. It is recruited through the UPSC Civil Service Exam conducted annually.

Once you complete your law education, register with the Bar Council of India and clear the bar exam. After the basics you need to gain relevant experience through doing internships or working under senior advocates. Once you develop skills like legal research, drafting and other legal procedures, you can start practicing law, either independently or apply for relevant jobs in bigger law firms.

Indian students who want to take part in National University of Singapore should focus on aiming high score throughout their studies. They should have a UG degree and high school degree if want to join PG and UG programs. UG students should submit transcripts, English language score, ACT or SAT score to join the programs.

Yes, students from any state in India can apply. The university accepts students accnationwide. Some courses may follow state reservation policies that offer certain seats to Haryana residents. 

This does not change basic eligibility but may affect how seats are distributed. All students must meet academic requirements and follow admission rules. The CCSHAU selection is based on merit and defined criteria.
