Yes, Usha Martin University offers scholarships to students of Jharkhand seeking admission to its BTech courses. The university provides Domicile-based scholarships to students having a domicile of Jharkhand. Such students are awarded with 10% scholarship. Yes, you can pursue MBBS course from Tamil Nadu. To pursue MBBS from government college, you have to give NEET UG. You can pursue MBBS without NEET UG in any other good private college with their own entrance exam. To be eligible for the NEET UG exam, you must have studied Phyiscs, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects in class12th.
