To get admitted to the Industrial Design Centre (IDC) at IIT Bombay, you must have the following documents:
Undergraduate qualifications: You must have the necessary undergraduate qualifications. 
CEED Score Card: You must have a valid result from the All India Common Entrance Examination for Design. 
equivalency certificate: If you have a degree from a foreign university, you must obtain an equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities. 
Original certifications: Please bring your original certificates including your Aadhar card, Migration Certificate, Previous examination result card, etc.

The Industrial Design Centre at IIT Bombay is classified as a Tier 1 institution since it is part of IIT Bombay, which is widely regarded as one of India's best engineering universities and routinely rates in the Tier 1 category across multiple rankings. Admission to IIT Bombay's MDes programme is based on the applicants' performance in CEED, followed by a written test and inteview conducted by the institute. Candidates who have a valid CEED score and fulfil the preset eligibility requirements can visit the institute's official website to submit an online application. JEE Advanced cutoff 2024 has been released for Round 1. For IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay, the Round 1 cutoff for Chemical Engineering were 2207 and 2507, respectively for the General AI category candidates. For IIT Gandhinagar, the Round 1 cutoff for CSE was 1576. So, to answer your question, IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay are always a good options as compared to IIT Gandhinagar based on thier NIRF ranking. For Chemical Engineering, both IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay are highly recommended as they have excellent faculty, research opportunities, and strong alumni networks. To get admission to Industrial Design Centre IIT Bombay can be competitive. Their minimum eligibility is easy to meet but beating the competition can be challenging. The admission committee decides your admission on the overall criteria of your previous academic performance, work experience, performance in design test, and performance in interview, portfolio, and CEED scores. Their test is about one and a half hours duration which will test your ability to creatively and appropriately solve simple design problems.

Yes, the Industrial Design Centre IIT Bombay is a good college. It runs at the Indian Institute of Technology offering excellent education in academics and research in design. They are ranked 5 out of 30 colleges in India in 2022 by IIRF in the design category. 

They offer courses in Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Animation and Mobility & Vehicle Design. They have a huge campus of 72 acres providing a great infrastructure and environment.
