For undergaduate course in Designing (B.Design) IIT Bombay accept UCEED Score while for postgraduate degree (M.Des) it accept CEED Score.

Hi Shubham,
The Designing Courses are Skill Based Programs. So they should not be treated like any other regular UG courses.
So you should study 1st year as well to learn the basics. Even if you did 1st from another college.
I do not think lateral entry in any Design School Possible.
Think again and restart.

No, the eligibility criteria for every course remains a permanent point to be fulfilled that is minimum 50 to 55% of aggregate marks in class 12th from any recognized education board.

M.Des Program Offered by IIT Bombay requires an Engineering Graduate Degree with a minimum of 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST/PwD). The candidate should have also qualified through Common. Entrance Examination for Design  (CEED).
