Out of total 200 questions, candidates should attempt at least 170 questions to get good rank in INI CET exam. Though ranking depends on number of factors including overall difficulty level, candidates should answer minimum 150 questions correctly to get top rank in the exam.

Yes. AIIMS released INI CET 2025 Nov exam pattern along with the official information brochure. The exam pattern comprises details about exam such as mode, medium, total number of question their type, marking scheme etc. The exam is scheduled to be held on November 9, 2025 in computer-based mode. A total of 200 qustions will be asked and candidates will be provided 3 hours to answer them.

Generally, the clinical section remains the most difficult in the INI CET exam. However, difficulty level varies from candidate to candidate as per their preparation level. In the January session, overall difficulty was moderate to difficult. 60 percent of questions were easy while 30-40 difficult.

No. As INI CET exam is one of the toughest medical exams, only covering clinical section may not help. Candidates have to prepare both pre and para clinical as well. Though clinical section comprises good number of questions, candidates are advised to focus all the three sections to score top ranks in INI CET exam.

No. INI CET exam result is valid only for admission at Institutes of National Importance. The exam result can't be used for admission at institutes accepting NEET PG score. Presently, there are 23 INIs, including 19 AIIMS and JIPMER Puducherry, PGI Chandigarh, NIMHANS, Bengaluru, and SCTIMST, Trivandrum

The INI CET 2025 Jan session seat allocation result of Round 2 has been released for MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh courses. On the official website, candidates can check their results.
It depends on the merit list, though minimum requirement is 50 percentile for unreserved category and 45 percentile for reserved categories like Reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC/PwBD.

AIIMS Patna INICET Round 1 cutoff 2025 as been released recently. The cutoff stood between 50 and, 6648, under which the most and least competitive course is MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and MD in Anatomy. With this rank, there is a chances of getting admission for many courses at AIIMS Patna. Check out the courses available for the candidates under 700 rank:

To get into AIIMS Nagpur, candidates need to score between 395 and 429, as per the AIIMS Nagpur INICET cutoff 2024 for the General AI category candidates. So, It is quite possible to get into the institute with 400 rank. However, candidates can get admission only for MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology with this rank.

Considering the AIIMS Jodhpur INICET cutoff 2025, yes, candidates with a rank of 70 can easily get into AIIMS Jodhpur. The round 1 cutoffs for the general AI category candidates ranged between 10 and, 3370. The lowest rank required for admission to AIIMS Jodhpur is 10 for MD in Radiology. So, candidates seeking admission to AIIMS Jodhpur have to score a range below or equal to 3370 to get into the institute.
