No. AIIMS doesn't make changes in INI CET exam pattern every year. From last few years since the exam was started in 2020, AIIMS has changed the pattern only once and that was only minor one. As per the existing exam patterm, the exam is held in computer-based mode in English language only. There is a provision of negative marking as well.

The mock test is just to know what more needs to be done. Candidates get an idea which type of questions are aske din INI CEt exam through mock test. candidates are advised not to resort to such practice to start attempting mock test before thoroughly studying the subjects of INI CET syllabus.

Candidates do need at least 3 months time to cover whole syllabus of INI CET as it is one of the toughtest exams in medical field. To compelte pre, para and clinical sections, candidates do need 2 months and one month should be kept aside for solving mock and question papers. Having said that, if candidate is super brilliant and already prepared topics of MBBS syllabus well during undergraduate days, he/she can crack the exam easy with less time.
