As per my knowledge, ICT Mumbai is a great knowledge centre for Chemical Engineering guys. On the other hand, it also depends which NIT your referring. NIT Rourkela, Warangal, Tirchi, Surathkal are also equally good.

To get admission in ICT Mumbai for MSc Chemistry, you should have passed BSc Chemistry and PCM in 12th grade. You should clear the entrance exam (GATE).

For admission in MSc Chemistry at ICT Mumbai, you need math at the HSC level (12th grade).

No, ICT Mumbai has MSc in Chemistry and in Textile chemistry but not in pharmaceutical chemistry.
