Yes, candidates who cleared a Diploma in Engineering and Technology are eligible to apply for Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology BTech courses. A minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for reserved categories) while passing Diploma is required to fulfill BTech lateral entry eligibility criteria.

Eligible candidates are selected for BTech admission in Mother Theresa Institute of Engineering and Technology on the basis of score in JEE (Mains) /EAPCET exam. The institute offers BTech in many streams.

Candidates need to have minimum 50% aggregate marks in Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised University with Mathematics as one of the subjects to eligible for BTech programmes at Mother Theresa Institute of Engineering and Technology.

• The scholarship is applicable for branches Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical. 
• Students availing financial assistance from Government/Semi Government or any other private organizations for educational support is not entitled for Poornima Institute Scholarship.
• For further continuation of scholarship in subsequent years, scholarship will be provided on the basis of CGPA % in previous year academic performance.

The students who have cleared Class 12 with relevant subjects and Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects from a recognised board are eligible to apply for admission in Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology. Students must have an aggregate of 45% in Class 12 exams.
