I believe that rather than focusing on a job, you should focus on your interest because if you are interested in something then you can do the best in that field. In France and Ireland, you will get great opportunities. Rather than focusing on a job, focus on what you want to do and you can always try online courses on different subjects which can help you to take up jobs. According to me, France will be a better option because of the quality of knowledge, teaching methods and various other education related benefits. This country is one of the top countries of European Union, in terms of food, education, tourism, etc. Therefore, if money is not an issue, which I think is not an issue for you, then France is the best option but coming to part-time jobs and working along with studies, it depends on the Visa and permissions related to it.
