Gain some work experience to offset your grades. Get involved with some strong projects, earn a certification etc. Canada will be extremely competitive, 59% won't be acceptable for the programme you are desiring for. Australia and Ireland are possible. Strong reference letters and SOP will also be evaluated.

Yes, you can do it. Choose a country which have wider options of work permit after Masters and then PR (if you are intending to take one), Canada should be your first choice with Australia. Sweden is also good place to pursue Masters. But, from your choice Poland should be in higher priority list.
