Hello, yes Italy and other European countries accepts three year Bachelor degree. The four years degree requirement is mainly for US and Canada.

Hi Dipu, your profile is very good. You are eligible to apply. Also take your IELTS. An overall 6.5 at least is recommended. You can also choose to learn German language to increase your prospects. SOP must be very good and also the LORs must be strong.

You can try to get admission in Australia or Canada for Diploma in community colleges that can later be extended to degree as 47% is on the lower side.

Getting a part-time job is not difficult in Italy. It will be easier if you learn to speak Italian. Many students find jobs in the university, call centers, restaurants, book and trade fair assistants, etc.
