Hello Mazharul,
For getting admission in SYBA or TYBA, you must be doing FYBA from somewhere. Right? I am afraid, practically it's not feasible. If you are doing FYBA, then it's equivalence in this new university needs to be established. Then getting migration, acceptance by proposed university are very tough. It is better to continue in present university or start afresh in new place.

No, there are no special reservations for that, priority might be given to students of Delhi in some cases but no special reservation category.

I found this in the admission guide of Jamia Millia Islamia:
Policy on Pursuing Two or more Programmes Simultaneously:
A student can pursue two programmes simultaneously through distance mode or combination of distance and regular modes from the same or different
Universities/Institutions in the following combinations: (I) One Degree and One Diploma/ PG Diploma/Certificate (ii) One PG Diploma and One Diploma/Certificate (iii) One Diploma and One Certificate (iv) Two PG Diplomas (v) Two Diplomas (vi) Two Certificates
Two degree programmes are not allowed to be pursued simultaneously, either from the same University, or one from the Open Uni

These are the important dates of entrance. Exam date is on August 2018 (on different dates). Result declaration. Within one month after the exam date. Last date to submit qualifying exam result 15th September 2018 for further information you can visit the official website of jamia http://jmi.ac.in

Hello Farha,
Yes, you can still think of pursuing your BEd even if you have not undergone any teacher training programme. In fact BEd in itself is a teacher training course as one gets employment as teacher after doing this course.
