C as it is specially designed according to specific demands in journalism and mass communication. While if you are still confused then I would advise you to ask it from your professors they will giufe you better than anyone.

You can fill the registration form as Jamia didn't demand marksheet in entrance exams, when you crack the entrance exam then they need it. So don't worry dear.

Go through the previous year papers related to your subject of last 5 years. Paper is no so tough but moderate and if you have good command on reasoning, english and gk that contains the Major chunks of marks you will definitely crack the exam
