For the freshers (first year students), Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) do not have a strict dress code policy. However, it is generally expected that students dress modestly and appropriate for an educational environment. Students are typically advise to wear attire that is decent, comfortable, and respectful towards the academic environment.

For the senior years (2nd, 3rd and 4th):- Business/Formal Attire: JUIT, a professional programs university focuses on business education, require students to adhere to a business or formal dress code. This typically involves wearing formal attire such as suits, dress shirts, blazers, paints, or dresses.

Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) is known for organizing various cultural events throughout the academic year. While specific events can vary from year to year According to jaypee youth club (JYC), here are some common cultural events that may take place at JUIT:

Annual Cultural Fest (Le Fiestus): JUIT usually organizes a grand annual cultural festival that showcases the talents of its students. This festival often includes a variety of performances such as music, dance, drama, fashion shows, and art exhibitions.

Music Events and Competitions (Dhun and Alfaaz): JUIT may organize music events and competitions, including solo and group singing competitions, instrumental performances, and band performances. These events provide a platform for students to showcase their musical talents.

Drama and Theatre: JUIT may organize drama and theatre events, including stage plays, sits, and street plays. These events allow students to express their creativity and acting abilities.

The mess facility is compulsory for every hostel student. A menu for each month is prepared and feedback from students is taken on semester basis. For the first-year students, a separate dining facility is catered in the mess. Milk is provided to the hostellers during night. For girls it is served in their hostels; whereas for boys it is served centrally in the Mess. A Mess Supervision Committee comprising of two faculty members is nominated for each week. This committee comment on the hygiene, sanitation, quality of food, raw materials and provides essential feedback on Mess. The mess prioritize using fresh ingredients and high-quality produce to prepare the meals. Freshness enhances the taste and nutritional value of the food in this mess. Comparing to the other colleges and university, I think JUIT mess is far better.

CGPA is a measure of academic performance that takes into account the grades earned in each course over a specified period of time. There's a general process that is followed in Jaypee University of Information Technology:  Students obtaining grades A (+) to D, shall be declared pass. Students failing in the subject will be awarded F grade. The grades shall be decided on the aggregate of evaluation of all Three written tests, T-1 (15 marks), T-2 (25 marks), End Semester Exam (35 marks) ; Assignments Quizzes, homework and regularly in attendance etc. ; Practical and Projects. A numerical value, known as Grade Points, is assigned to each letter grade which makes the SGPA (per semester) and the average of all SGPA's is calculated which is declared as the overall CGPA.
