Firstly I want to tell you JIIT is not in Pune but in Noida,
Cut off CSE for Colleges
JIIT Noida(sector 62) is 65000 to 70000(approx.)
JIIT Noida(sector 128) is 165000 to 175000(approx.)
JUIT Waknaghat,Solan is 140000 to 150000(approx.)
JUET Guna is Walk in admission
JU Anoopshahar is Walk in admission

Jaypee University of Information Technology is a private university and is ranked 138th by NIRF (2022).
It offers an undergraduate program, BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, at JUIT, Solan.
Admissions to this course are offered on both a merit-based and a JEE Main Score basis. For certain cases, on-site (direct) admissions are also available.

First of all Jaypee has better experience of teaching and is WORTH the money
UPES - fees of whooping 19 lacs and an average of 5.5, hahaha. JIIT-10 lacs fees, 9 lacs average, both are below BITS, NITs, and IITs.

In my opinion you should go for bio technology as it is a good course and after placement you will get a decent package while in btect nowadays students from any university are getting paid only 10000 per month or even lower than that so don't think for better course think for better future. Most of the faculty is doctorate
As far as placements are concerned, one can get placed in either
Government sector I. e Agriculture, Banking and more are recruiting graduates to fill up entry level posts. Private Sector- Graduates may find jobs as Jr. Managers at Plantations, as Executive at Fertilizer Manufacturing firms, Agricultural Machinery Industries, Agricultural Products Marketing firms, Food processing units etc. I am a day scholar so don't know about hostel.
