Hi,
I checked recently. There is no such news. JEE admit cards are getting uploaded in the website for 2019 exams. And IPU CET will usually happen.
All the best.

Yes, you are eligible but there is hardly any scope of electronics engineers as there is no work association with an electronic engineer.

Talk to your parents and teachers about this and explain your problem. They know you better and will tell you proper solutions. The only thing I can recommend against distraction is to cut off from Internet, phones and TV and restrict your social time. Envision your goal, imagine your life with and without it, commit to it and start acting for it. To be honest you only lack motivation. If you really want to crack JEE then give yourself a reason for it.

By preparing your class 11th and class 12th syllabus thoroughly. Depending on your capabilities, you may have to pursue a coaching later. The best way to prepare now is to focus on your Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Prepare them as you would prepare for IIT. Because, the syllabus is same you will score better marks in your class 11th and as well in JEE.
