The pros are that in the 4 years of your tenure you won't feel bored in this college and the cons is that there are zero placements for some branches.

You should opt for UPES as in IPU, getting any good college at this rank for an outside Delhi student is not possible.

No, JEE is not required for Marine Engineering. After IMU was established in 2008, it started conducting it's own entrance exam IMUCET. So, one needs to appear for CET now only to get admitted to affiliated colleges of IMU.

No, it is not possible. You have to appear for the exam again and that score that you get will help you to get admission.

The cut off of all the paper changes every year. And for this paper, the cut off for the 2017 is around above 15k rank.

There are lot of those type of colleges in India. Some of the best college are the VIT, SRM, BITS, KIIT etc. You can apply in these colleges to get admission.

No, you can't be able to get admission in this college with this score, if you don't have domicile of Maharashtra, if you get that, then there are chances of getting admission in this college.

No, JEE and JEE Mains both are the same exam, or you can say in JEE there are 2 papers i.e. Mains and Advance.

You can clear, if you have the x-factor to do so. Jokes apart, it is a bit difficult job, but not impossible. If you have the guts and time to spare, you definitely would be able to do it.
