You must have PCM in your 12th standard and you have qualified that board exam with minimum 75% marks in aggregate to be able to write JEE exam.

CSE from any college is good as in that the placements officer only see your skills and nothing else, and this is IIT Goa and here is the awesome classes for the CSE students and the placements are also quit good from this campus.

This you have to check on the JEE Mains official website, as there are many reporting centers and you might find a center that is very close to your town instead of going to the state capital for the reporting.

This can't be possible as JEE Mains is always conducted on Sunday and sometimes the online paper is held on Saturday, but that also cannot collide with the board exam.
