You can get IET Lucknow on the basis of your UPTU marks and 133 in JEE Mains can land you in NIT Mizoram and if you want to take admission in private college then LNMIIT is best option.

Hi,
The admission in National Fire Service College, Nagpur is based on JEE-Main rank and the admission process is governed by RTM University through centralized admission process conducted by department of education Maharashtra. Hence there is no other way of getting admission in NFSC Nagpur.

If your question relates to someone else, I must share that in India Scholarships are more of 'Specific' scope and availability. Like Caste Based Reservation is sometimes restricted to state residents and many such benefits as well it is unlikely that a foreigner can avail a scholarship just by getting into IIT. It is also to be noted that for someone joining IIT from. Abroad, the Academic Credentials, IIT Ranking as well as other credentials can get some financial support from his own country. It should be considered Tough to get such MCM for Foreigners.
