320-340/390 would be required in JEE Paper 2 to get admission for B.Arch in IITs.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify for NIT or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

I think, you can only opt for private college. For top ranked colleges, you need higher percentile.

You can't get any NITs at this percentile so you can go for private universities like Amity, Sharda, VIT, LPU, SRM, etc. You can also take the entrance exam of these private universities which is slightly easier than JEE.
