Hi,
Being currently in class 12th is a golden opportunity to focus on syllabus of class 12th and class 11th and make your concept cystal clear. To clear JEE Mains, you need firstly strive towards concept building and practice McQs daily with speed. Do solve the past years papers of JEE. At times, those are repeated and you'll get an idea, difficulty level and pattern of questions asked.

Hello, yes sure you will be getting a seat in SASTRA through first counseling but fair chance would be in second because you can have all the departments and you get a choice to pick up the branch of your choice. Good luck.

Of course, you can apply for JCECE. No matter from where you have passed your class 12th. But, when you are filling form of JCECE, you have to mention about your domicile state.
