1. Through Indian Air force (free as you train with IAF).
2. Through Flight school (will range from 30 to 60 lacs).
There are various institutes in India who trains pilot. For flying commercial aircraft, you need CPL (commercial pilot license). After that, you need to do type rating on an aircraft before joining airline as a commercial pilot.

You are eligible to apply for a lateral entry. But not all colleges have such window. Look for a college that have a window.

NATA is much more than enough. But, the educational government is like all CET will be cancelled and JEE is a compulsory exam.
