Most of the coaching institutes that teach IIT - JEE preparation course have an entrance test for the students, if you score good marks in those entrance tests, you can obtain scholarships in some form of discount on the course.

First of all get good books of all the subjects. Try clearing all the concepts that you find a little bit tough. Immense practice is what one requires to crack IIT - JEE. Solve various question papers every now and then, try finding questions that require a multi-step approach to solve. In case of any difficulty, ask your doubts, it is necessary to have your doubts cleared. Once you master a topic, solve as many tough questions as you can. Follow a strict schedule and don't waste much time on Social media for approximately 2 years - for it will decide, in which college you will get admission. At the same time, don't study

First of all congrats for securing good score in JEE Advanced, now coming to the choice of branches, you might not get branches like CS, especially if you are from general category. Briefly study the core subjects of all the branches, discover which subjects interest you. IT is very important to pursue a branch of your liking- you have to study it for 4 years and apply it's concepts in real life. Read about the branches and find out what you like.

As per your marks your chances are nil for getting any branches at JMI, however considering your category you need to score a minimum of 140 in JEE Mains to get any branch at JMI.
