JEE Advanced 2015 Cut Offs: According to the official website, the cut offs for JEE Advanced 2015 have been revised. And the same is now available online. The qualifying marks and cut offs have been revised for all the ranks lists including the list for preparatory courses.
Earlier, JEE Advanced 2015 cut offs were released on June 2. Take a look at the JEE Advanced 2015 cut offs, which were released earlier.
Besides revised cut offs, the institute has also declared the final answer keys of JEE Advanced 2015 after considering feedback from the public.

There is no minimum rank required for any government college. It mainly depends upon the number of students applying for that college. A government college may have the cut-off rank under 20k in a year. The same college may have the cut-off of 30k rank.

Yes You can crack JEE Mains by self study. You should have good and clear concepts of the topics in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics, and should practice more and more problems, then you can able to score good in JEE Mains.
