According to the current situation, there is no update for changes in JEE Mains 2018. So, the possibility of change is also less.

Hello Ashish,
JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are the only entrance examinations that provide admission into government engineering colleges. While JEE Advanced provides admission into IITs, JEE Mains provide admission into NITs and other government engineering colleges.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

Your rank is too low. Try private colleges as there is no hope in government colleges.

It's better to join central government universities like HNBGU, CuH, NEHU rather than joining private colleges of Jaipur. I will suggest you to take an year drop and prepare well for next JEE exam.

According to me, you got good marks in 12th board.
first of all fill the registration form of reap for counselling, I think you can get admission in government college for B.Tech if you not got admission in any government college then according to me you should drop this year and prepare hard for crack JEE next year. I think, you can do it because you are intelligent.

It depends upon the counselling of university. There are around 1240 seats in the B. Tech/BE courses at Thapar University. To be considered for Thapar University B.Tech Admission 2017 candidates will also have to meet the eligibility criteria set by the admissions committee, which will specify the needed academic qualification, pass percentage that will be acceptable, nationality, age and lastly the JEE Main scores obtained in 2017.
