Yes, you can get a seat at Sastra University. Your chances are high. They consider your board exam percentage and JEE scores (97.8&62). Your percentile will be 97.8(0.75)+62(0.25)= 88.85. On this basis, you will be placed on a rank.
Apply if you have not and the last date is June 10.

I thought that Muslims don't come under OBC. But 49 out of 360 is bit less and I feel you have less chance. However I am attaching a link that will predict college for you:

Last year cut-offs were around 155-160.
You have a good chance for IT in PICT.

No, you can't, you have to go through the process of admission and they didn't accept JEE Mains marks. But if your marks are more than 80% in 12th then you can get admission directly.
