He is talking about getting admission in IIT college with a good rank in JEE main suresh is asking to the experts that can he get an IIT college without passing in JEE advance yes he can but if only you had an good ranking in JEE Mains.

If u r looking for a college in west bengal then I would say that u can choose heritage institute of technology or IEM.these are good colleges for CS branch.all the best!

Go for Private College. You have veryvless chance of getting any Gov. College. and again if you belongs to any reserved quota then only may have chance in 2nd round of counseling.
