Hey Biwek,
You may not get any best government college based on your score in JEE mains, but you can apply for some best private institutions. Some best universities are still accepting applications for engineering.
You can check out the following colleges to take admission -

There is no best engineering college which can offer you engineering in this amount however you can avail scholarships offered by private universities like Lovely Professional University. You should check it out as it is having India's best scholarship scheme. Hope this helps.

Getting admission in Government colleges would be difficult as their cutoff is little high but you can get admission in premier private institutions which are going extremely well.you can compare their ranking and can find that they are going far better.here are some of the institutes that along with good placements provides an platform where one can boost their skills at most:
