You may not get any best government college based on your score in JEE mains, but you can apply for some best private institutions. Some best universities are still accepting applications for engineering.

I am sorry to disappoint you but it seems difficult that you may get any government college as the percentage criteria is 60% in 12th PCM however you may try some of the private colleges mentioned below.
