HNGU cutoff 2024 has been concluded with Round 1 seat allotement results. The JEE Main is necessary to appear in JEE Advanced and to get into the same exam, one needs to score low rank than cutoff. With a better cutoff marks, candidates can surely eligible for JEE Advanced.

IIIT Allahabad is a widely preferred institute by students for engineering programs . Admission at IIIT Allahabad is accepted after qualifying the national level entrance examination - JEE Mains (Joint Entrance Examination) .

Due to the higher number of applicants and the fixed number of seats, 2342 in the OBC category cannot be considered as a safe rank in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) 2024 .

The cut-off for IIIT Allahabad for the year 2024 for OBC Category is 2446 to 5184 (depending upon the branch and the programme that you want to pursue).

In JEE Main more than 75% of questions in JEE Main are direct questions as per the experts. Direct questions mean memory based questions and formula-based questions. However, in JEE Advanced, the questions are application based or concept attraction based. Roughly 15% to 20% of questions are direct. Gaining confidence in solving JEE Main level questions is easy. This can be gained by practice. However, gaining confidence to solve the JEE Advanced level question is not easy. It can be achieved if candidates practice a lot of previous year's question papers and mock tests right from the start of their preparation. JEE Main questions

In the case of IHM Bangalore and its mention that NRI students can apply directly to the institute, it means that NRI candidates are not required to appear for the NCHM JEE (National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination). Instead, they can apply directly to the institute through a separate admission process set by the institution.

However, NRI students still need to meet the eligibility criteria and provide necessary documentation (like proof of NRI status and academic qualifications) to secure admission.
