To get admission to SVNIT with an 81.12 percentile in JEE Main and belonging to the OBC NCL category under the home state quota, admission to the Mechanical Engineering (ME) branch at SVNIT Surat may be challenging. One of the requirements for admission to the BTech programme at SNU Noida is JEE Main. A minimum of 65% in class 12 is required for B.Tech. Candidates are required to either qualify JEE Main or CUET/ SAT/ SNUSAT. Now, is 82 percentile enough in JEE Main to get a seat in BTech CE programme of SNU Noida. The chances are low. As per the information collated from multiple sources, aspirants must score 90 & above percentile for getting into a specialisation like Computer Science. Besides, aspirants with 98 percentile in JEE Main. can avail SNU Scholarship providing 25% waiver in tuition fee.

Yes, you can appear for JEE exam with a Diploma in Computer Science. The eligibility criteria of JEE Main state that one can apply if they have passed a Diploma that is recognised by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.

But this will only provide you admission to 1st year of B.Tech. To get admission to the second year of B.Tech you can also try LEET.
