The registration process and choice filling for the first round of NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023 began from June 9, 2023. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Final Round Seat Allotment Result was announced on July 20, 2023. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Verification of Documents by Document Verification Center was conducted from July 21 to July 25, 2023. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Hostel allotment of the selected students will be done on August 4, 2023. NCHMCT JEE 2023 Commencement of Classes for batch 2023-23 from August 7, 2023.

Aspirants need to pay INR 40,000 as a participation fee for NCHMCT JEE counselling 2023. Through centralised online counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2023, shortlisted candidates will be allotted seats in 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 27 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, 01 Public Sector Undertaking and 29 Private Institutes of Hotel Management.

The third and final round of the counselling process for NCHMCT JEE 2023 is the Spot Counselling round. Aspirants need to register online for Spot Round of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling. Students meet the eligibility criteria to register for this round of counselling if they fulfil any of the below-mentioned criteria:
- Did not register for round 1 and round 2 of NCHMCT JEE 2023 Main Counselling including absentees of main Counselling.
- Registered for Round 1 of Counselling and also secured admission in the first or second round of counselling but did not report at the admission centre to complete all the admission formalities.

They need to register for NCHM JEE 2023 counselling by paying INR 2,000 as a registration fee and excercise choice locking options as per the counselling schedule.
