You can't check the JEE Mains exam time for a specific candidate because the exam is conducted in multiple shifts to accommodate a large number of test-takers. However, the exam is typically held in two shifts each day:

  • Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

The specific exam shift you're assigned will be mentioned on your JEE Mains admit card. The admit card is usually released a few weeks before the exam and will contain details like your exam date, shift timing, and exam center location. You can download the admit card from the National Testing Agency (NTA) website that conducts JEE Mains.
