JNGEC offers 4 courses for B.E. and the eligibility criteria is:-
45% in HSC Board 10+2, based on marks in JEE.
There is no cutoff specified for JEE Main. As it is a government college it will take a cutoff as specified by NTA for JEE Main Admission
Any way if you have qualified the entrance then you should apply for it. you will get it with your categorical rank and if you have home state quota the that will be better.

Yes ofcourse many college accept JEE Mains as there admission entrance exam. You can easily into NIT with valid score even though you can get admission outside india as well. 31 NIT and different private college give admission on Jee Mains score. You can easily get into any NIT with good score in JEE mains.
Thank You

According to my perspective, understand but you know In general, to be eligible for UGEAC, candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent with a minimum qualifying percentage in the PCM subjects. The minimum qualifying percentage is typically higher than 59 percentile in JEE Mains.Having a compartment in the math subject of your class 12 examinations may affect your eligibility for admission to engineering courses.I hope you find a path

The right approach accompanied by a preparation plan is everything that is required to ace JEE Main 2024. A last-minute preparation plan for the exam is mentioned below:

Revise as much as possible
Solve previous year’s section-wise question papers there are high chances of getting questions from there
Keep your focus on NCERT books at this point
Cross-check section-wise weightage & syllabus for all subjects covered in JEE Main

With the rank that you provided you might not get admission in NITs or IIITs through JoSSA counselling you can go for GFITs. You can go for CSAB counselling where there is good chance that you can get admission in some NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Meghalaya etc.
