Yes, for BTech admissions at MJPRU, Bareilly, candidates need to clear JEE Main exam. Moreover, for BTech (Lateral Entry) course, students need to qualify CUET UG. Also, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteroa for admissions. The eligibility criteria for admissions at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly for BTech course is that candidate should have been passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate.

IIITM Gwalior accepts admission to four-year BTech and five-year integrated courses through a valid JEE Main score. Final selection for BTech is done through centralised JoSAA counselling. Tabulated below are the JoSAA R6 closing ranks for the IIITM Gwalior cutoff 2023, along with the 2022 and 2021 cutoffs for the general category students, to get clarity on past-year trends:

With this percentile it would be diificult for you to get into NITs. Rank will be alloted as per the number of students and category of the students for shortlisting the candidates. You should wait for the official announcement . Hope this helps.

Regardless of their grade-point average in class 12th, candidates can participate in JEE Main. Note that there is no prerequisite for JEE Main eligibility in 12th grade in order to take the exam. There is no such thing as JEE MAIN qualification. After taking the exam, you will receive a merit list from which you can choose a college. A minimum grade point average of 75% is required for admission to NIT and IIT. That is the fundamental qualification standard.
Additionally, you must get a minimum 85 percentile in JEE MAIN to be eligible for JEE Advanced.
