Yes, Meenakshi College of Engineering,  Chennai accepts JEE Main scores between 80-90 percent. However, the eligibility requirements change each year based on the student's departure. For example, the eligibility requirements for undergraduate programs are 50% and 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

Zeal College of Engineering is constituent college of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. It is private college. According to your percentile your rank would be near about 2 Lakhs+ . On the basis of this rank you might not get admission through JEE-Main quota but although you can get it through management quota because it is private college.

Yes, if you receive a 75 percentile in JEE, you can be admitted to Central University of Jammu's B.Tech program. A minimum of 75% in the 12th standard is required to be eligible for the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering programme offered by the Central University of Jammu. Furthermore, admission to NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs that participate in the Central Seat Allocation Board is subject to the 75% eligibility criteria. You can therefore be admitted to Central University of Jammu's B.Tech programme with a 75 percentile in JEE.
