No, a student cannot appear for JEE Advanced in 2023 on the basis of their JEE Main 2022 score. To be eligible for JEE Advanced 2023, a student must qualify JEE Main 2023, which will be conducted separately. Moreover, appearing for JEE Advanced 2022 does not guarantee eligibility for JEE Advanced 2023. The eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced may change from year to year, and a student must fulfill the specific eligibility criteria for the year they are appearing in. It is recommended that you keep yourself updated with the latest eligibility criteria and exam information by regularly checking the official websites of JEE Main and JEE

Your Common Merit Rank (CMR) of 7263 and Category Rank (crores) of 2097 in OBC category is a decent rank in the NIFT Entrance Exam. However, the admission process also depends on the number of available seats in each NIFT campus, the total number of applicants, and the cutoff rank for each course. Based on the previous year's cutoffs, with your OBC category rank, you have a chance of getting admission to some of the NIFT campuses such as NIFT Bhubaneswar, NIFT Kannur, NIFT Kolkata, NIFT Hyderabad, NIFT Patna, NIFT Shillong, NIFT Raebareli, NIFT Jodhpur, NIFT Kangra, NIFT Gandhinagar, NIFT Chennai, NIFT Mumbai, NIFT New Delhi, NIFT Beng

It is difficult to predict whether you can get admission in CSE branch in a government college based on your NTA score and OBC rank alone. The admission process and cutoffs vary from college to college. However, you can explore the cutoffs of various government colleges in previous years to get an idea of the minimum marks/rank required for admission. You can also check the eligibility criteria and admission guidelines of individual colleges to SEE if you meet the requirements. Additionally, it is always best to keep an eye on the official website of the college you are interested in for the latest information on the admission criteria

Hello, I have a friend (in girl) who belonged to SC. She scored 64%. Her Category rank was somewhere around 9-10k. Yet, after physical round. She got a seat in NIT Patna. Entrance year 2021. You might hit a chance because "According to last year cutoff trend students getting rank below 8500 (Category ST) will be eligible to get a seat in NITs" and there are more chances for you to get a seat as you gave reservation. So, give it a shot.
